I get asked this question ALL THE TIME…

“What is the best length for a group coaching program? Should it be 3 months? 6 months? 12 months?!!”

After running my group program, Scale-Up Mastermind™, since 2018, I definitely have some thoughts on this…

Here are some quick tips to get you going:

👉DO NOT start with a yearlong program! If this is your first group offer DO NOT lock yourself or your clients in for a year. I think 3-6 months is the “sweet spot” and a great place to start.

👉Consider how long the program needs to be for your clients to get testimonial-worthy results

👉I have both “Intensive” and “Implementation” months inside my program (Intensive months have weekly group calls, more trainings, virtual events, etc. Implementation months are more spacious with just ONE group call.)

If you’re planning to offer a group coaching program this year, I want to share my favorite strategies to help you create a successful launch timeline…that doesn’t drive you crazy!

I have been running my high-ticket group program, Scale-Up Mastermind™, since 2018. We have done a lot of testing over the years and landed on a launch-style that is unlike what a lot of other people in the industry teach.

Most people have you build major hype (to the point of exhaustion) and then open the cart for just 5-7 days. This puts a TON of pressure on you to fill your program inside a pressure cooker. I’ve learned over the years that this way of launching is not the best one for me…or for most of the clients I work with either.

Instead, I prefer a longer, more easeful launch that gives me time to connect and convert the right people into my program.
