Clarke County Emergency Management Agency Director Roy White said the storms from earlier in the week had little to no impact on the area, citing no damage from winds or water. White said there had been wind damage reported on a roof in Sandy Bottoms from a storm two weeks earlier, but there were no reports of damage with the recent storm. Only 0.3 an inch of rain was reported and White said with the river banks high, even with the water level up slightly there was no threat of flooding.
