Kate interviews Enneagram expert and life coach, Caryn Berley about the specific scarcity mindset challenges, as well as unique resources, that come with the 9 Enneagram personality types. Caryn provides a brief overview about what the Enneagram is, the characteristics of each type, and suggests practices and reframes that can help you disrupt your specific scarcity fears based on the orientation you were born with.
