Spring is often associated with rejuvenation, or starting a clean slate. Many of us associate a spring clean as something we do to our home, but it can also apply to our businesses too.
While spring cleaning your business could literally mean tidying up your office, decluttering and reorganising your space for the year ahead, it could also be applied figuratively. This is a chance for you to refresh your strategy, clear out things that aren't working to make space for new opportunities that help your business grow.
In this episode I share a few of my own ideas to help you spring clean your business, including:
Give your website a spruce up.
Take another look at your business plan.
Review your marketing strategy.
When is the last time you last did a spring clean of your business? Well, there's no time like the present...
Here are the highlights from this episode:
(01:20) Put the spring back in your business step
(02:56) Go back to your business plan
(05:05) Are you working with clients who no longer serve you?
