We true crime fanatics have heard the story, but the average American has no idea that not one, but two vicious serial killers were prowling tiny Linden, California from the 1980s to the late 1990s. If you asked most people who Loren Herzog and Wesley Shermantine are, they probably couldn't tell you, yet these two monsters are thought to have over seventy victims.
