  • #38 - Kyle Mitchell - Social Anxiety Kyle

Today’s guest has battled with social anxiety his whole life, though now it no longer controls him like it used to. As he says, now he’s the one driving the bus while his social anxiety is just a passenger in the back. Kyle Mitchell shares his journey from his hardships in high school to him stuttering through all 15 minutes of his senior year speech to booking a Ted Talk where he will be a Speaker in less than a month. Kyle shows us that even though at one time something may seem impossible, through self-love, daily affirmations and hard work anything can become possible. During the episode he walks us through his 3 step process that has helped him and now so many others take back the power and control from their social anxiety.

  • #37 - Ryan Hartley - Leader, Coach, Podcast Host

Today’s guest and I are definitely like-minded, but more importantly we are also like-hearted. Ryan Hartley brought this idea of like-hearted into my awareness and I’m so excited to share more of his thoughts and teachings in today’s episode. His words have already changed and impacted my life and I hope they’ll do the same for you. Ryan leads from the heart as a Coach, Podcast Host, and Leader. He may be the guest I’ve connected most with around the concept and energy of love and how that’s the truth of who we are. He shares about how he surrendered his own will to control his destiny and though it was extremely hard, by doing so he became a vessel of love which allowed his heart to truly express itself.

  • #36 - Tommy Court - Brotherly LOVE

My brother, Tom, is today’s guest! We’re best friends and have always been super close. He’s such a good guy and has a really big heart. He’s been a huge part of my personal and spiritual growth, which I’m so grateful for and having him in my life is a blessing. Two of the main things we talk about during the episode we consider to be some of the biggest issues we face as the human race which rob us from our peace, happiness and enlightenment. It’s our collective fear of death and our judgement of others and ourselves. I hope our convo can help you see both of these from a new perspective.

  • #35 - Cat Moore - Director of Belonging, USC

Today’s guest is the Director of Belonging at USC, Cat Moore. What’s a Director of Belonging, you might ask. Cat talks about what her role entails, it’s purpose, the issues she’s facing, and how she’s helping pioneer this type of position since it didn’t exist before. Its birth came in response to a loneliness crisis, which is affecting people of all ages. She tells of her story that helped prepare her to take on this role, which didn’t come from education since there isn’t a PhD in this, but from the countless connections she made at a Starbucks over the span of a decade. This is a whole new world of education which is exciting and so important for our collective consciousness and I’m grateful to help shine some light on it.

  • #34 - Mike Kawula - Successful Entrepreneur & Beautiful Soul

Today’s guest, Mike Kawula, is a new friend of mine. We were introduced through a previous guest on the podcast, John Magee aka The Kindness Coach. Mike is a very successful entrepreneur who quickly jumped on a couple calls to give me guidance by sharing his expertise and knowledge, while expecting nothing in return. That’s the type of guys he is. He’s got such a big and beautiful heart. During our episode we talk about the importance of being selfish, and how that’s really not an accurate word for what we’re referring to. Also about how we need to come together and connect more instead of allowing our differences to separate us and detach us from our oneness.

  • #30 - Tim Cozine - www.nyntofyv.com

Today’s guest is such a great friend of mine, Tim Cozine. We’re soul brothers for sure. We first met a few years ago as I moved to San Diego from New York City. Tim played a huge role in introducing me to spirituality and even understanding what it is. He’s a spiritual warrior and showed me how strong someone can become through the practice of spirituality. I’m truly in awe of Tim’s strength, resiliency, and mindset, he’s helped me grow so much. Tim and I don’t live near each other any more but we still connect weekly during our mastermind call, where along with about 10 other people we’ve created a beautiful, open, high vibrational, loving, and supportive space. It’s been such a gift. Our conversation during the podcast focuses on the many different expressions of love.
