  • #28 - Kristina Kuzmic - Speaker, Author, Social Media Star

Today’s guest is Kristina Kuzmic. Kristina’s energy is infectious! She’s also one of the most open and vulnerable people I’ve had a chance to chat with. She held nothing back when talking about her past when she was suicidal and at the lowest point of her life. Her journey of how she went from that Kristina to the self-loving and positive Kristina she is today is remarkable. While in that dark place, she shares the one thing she thought she could contribute to the world, and even though that one thing didn’t seem like much, it was the catalyst that transformed her entire life. We talk about how hurt people hurt people and instead of trying to hurt them back, finding empathy for them and realizing they need our love the most. We each share a story of how someone attacked us via social media. And instead of reciprocating, we responded with love and compassion, which is then exactly how they responded back to us, it’s really beautiful. It was an honor to talk with her.
