Gianna Simone is an Actress, Model, and Producer. She’s also the host of 'Love, Gianna', which is available on Amazon Prime. During each episode she explores the benefits of veganism by interviewing world-renowned doctors, experts and athletes in the field of plant based nutrition. I love how passionate Gianna is about veganism without trying to force people into it. She just wants to provide an outlet of information and education to give people a new perspective and then allow them to go from there. She’s also very passionate about her religion and while we have different viewpoints regarding it, I loved how we were able to create and share such an open, vulnerable, loving and accepting space with each other. We don’t all have to agree on everything in order love each other.

During a great loss, Yuri Williams found his purpose. His mother lost her 8 year battle with cancer in 2009 and through his pain he wanted to create more love and joy by helping others. Yuri began dressing up as super heroes and visiting children battling cancer and with disabilities, homeless, veterans and also helping the elderly. He’s a Corrections Officer and mostly funds everything he does on his own by working overtime. Yuri is one of the most giving and selfless souls I’ve ever met. It was an honor to chat with him and help spread the beautiful work he’s doing. He is a perfect example of how fulfilled and happy we can be by giving to others. We recorded his episode in the middle of December when he was nearing the end of his incredible journey by traveling to all 50 states in just 25 days to give back and inspire communities that need hope.

If you struggle with a temper or anger issues and want to get to a place where those are only past versions of yourself, then this is the episode for you. During this episode I talk about the really bad temper I used to have. Why I stopped choosing fear and decided to be open and vulnerable about my past issue. How I became a different version of myself where having a temper didn't exist any more. And why I'm so grateful that I used to have such a bad temper and how I wouldn't be the version of myself I am today without it.

During this episode I talk about tools I use and thing I do to help keep me in a positive mindset. When we are intentional and create practices we give ourselves the opportunity to consistently be in a positive state of being and the ability to come back once we've drifted away.
Some tools I use, which I go more in depth:
Surround myself with like-minded and like-hearted people
Practicing gratitude daily
Exercise. Yoga, running, long walks
Mindful and aware of my thoughts
Releasing thoughts that don't serve me
The knowledge that negative thoughts aren't me, they're my ego trying to protect me

Have you ever been somewhere and saw someone being their truest, most authentic, genuine self where you just knew and felt they were living their purpose and passion? Where it hit you so hard that it gave you confidence and inspired you to also live your truth? Well this is exactly what happened one day when I was walking through Williamsburg Brooklyn with some friends and saw Greg Banks performing. I’ve never seen so many people stop dead in their tracks and be so enamored by a street performance. Greg is one of the most authentic, loving, and beautiful souls I have ever met. I’m grateful and excited to be sharing our conversation with you.

One day while working I met Jeremiah Williams. We got to talking and ended up hanging out for a few hours. We instantly connected. I was so enthralled by his energy, his mindset, his story of perseverance and his power to manifest I knew I needed to have him as a guest on the podcast! We touch on all of those during the episode. Earlier on the day we met I had already thanked god/source/the universe for bringing incredible and beautiful people into my life that day. I was excited for the potential to create a new bond and relationship. Later that day I met Jeremiah.
