Last week I spoke about my first 5 years struggling with my fitness, health and experiences of dieting, however there was a point where things began to move in the right direction for me which is what I cover today.
How a phone call in New York lead me to working fully online supporting clients on all aspects of their health and mindset.
The importance of habits, the benefits of a great gym environment and the fact that although it may seem far away, it doesn't have to be a constant struggle.

In today's episode we're taking a trip down memory lane, this isn't my first 5 years of working in fitness but instead my first exposures to dieting, weight loss, exercise, body image and all of the challenge that come with that.
These are experiences that I'm sure most of you have faced or will face and I think it's good to hear that you aren't alone and hopefully you're able to learn a few things from the mistakes that I made.
If you find this useful please like, share and subscribe to the podcast and if you want more information on working with me 1:1 on any of the areas discussed, just get in touch via Instagram @thatgingerguy__
In todays episode I discuss limiting beliefs and how they are holding you back from achieving your goals. I also cover the different between methods vs principles as it is something people often get wrong with fat loss aswell as why I believe having somebody to check in with is key to success.

This week I'm joined by Ed Cunningham AKA @Aneed2read
Ed runs the A Need to read podcast and well, reads more books than anybody I know.
Reading is something that has had a huge impact on my life so Ed is somebody who I have wanted to talk to for some time. We talk about the impact reading has on your approach to life, self acceptance, happiness and a wider view of the "self help" industry...Is it actually helpful?
Absolutely loved this episode and a pleasure to have Ed on.

I could not be more excited for you to listen to today's episode, I believe some of the most important lessons you can learn come from people with the most different experiences. My guest today, Ben, is a perfect example of that.
I first met Ben when he was 7 years old when he was a student at the school I worked at, Ben is one of the funniest, kindest and most inspiring people I know and I know you will all take so much from him.
Ben has cerebral palsy and is a full time wheelchair user, he grew up playing disability sports and now wants to begin a career helping others in football.
Ben talks about his own disability, his experiences growing up, his hopes for the future, his future coaching career aswell as winding me up along the way!
You can find Ben on Instagram at @bentierney17 and as always I am @thatgingerguy__

Do protein shakes really make a difference in comparison to food?
