On today's episode I'm delighted to be joined by Bradley Rae, a professional boxer from Manchester, at the time of release Bradley's pro record is currently 13-0 and I have no doubt that will only continue to improve.
This isn't just about boxing though, I believe we can learn so much from someone who dedicates their life and body to a sport and this podcast is the perfect example.
Brad talks about his day to day life, the sacrifices he has to make to that life aswell as some of the biggest struggles he has faced.
Bradley's ambitions are high and rightly so, he talks about how proud he is to box on behalf of Manchester and what his dream is for his career.
It's not one to be missed.

Okay so if you were anywhere near my Instagram recently you would have seen that last week my friends and I climbed up Mount Agung for 2 days.
I've done the Inca trail trek before and one of the other lads had been to Everest base camp and we can both safely say that this was more difficult then both.
It was equally one of the most incredible experiences of my life, it's amazing how much you can think about in 48 hours away from technology.
Today myself and the lads who did the trip with me sit down to discuss how we found it, what we learnt and most importantly what we believe you can take from it.
The trip was organised by @Turbo_Wanderer so go and give him a follow and get in touch if you ever find yourself in Bali.

We discuss;
-Failure
-Self talk
-Limiting beliefs
-Growth vs fixed mindset
The book mentioned is "Mindset" by Carol Dweck
