Keith G. Myers is co-founder of LHC Group and served as chairman and CEO from 1994 until the company was acquired by UnitedHealth for $5.4 billion in 2023. Mr. Myers helped establish LHC Group as a single freestanding home health agency in rural St. Landry Parish, La. From this foundation, he and his wife Ginger, a nurse at the time, built what would become one of the largest and highest quality in-home healthcare providers in the U.S. with 29,000 employees supporting more than 900 agency locations serving 38 states and the District of Columbia.
