Dr. Jasmine Sandoval is a first generation Asian American born to Vietnamese refugees parents. She is a veteran of the United States Army and  enlisted right after high school. During her time in the military, she met and married her husband at 19 years of age. She had her first baby at 21, and second at 23, all while her husband was intermittently deployed. As she raised her children alone awaiting for her husbands return from war, she knew she wanted to make the most of her time. So, she enrolled in a local community college and graduated with a 3.89 GPA with two toddlers at home. She is a leader in the nursing industry and has really pursued  the motto of “being the best.” She has experience as a pediatric registered nurse, NICU nurse, and working in the corporate world as a director of an opioid addiction treatment center. Meanwhile she obtained her master in business. She is currently a Manger of Nursing Operations at a large hospital in Florida, and in case you still aren’t impressed so far she recently obtained her Doctorate in Nursing. Jill is the Founder and CEO of Nurse Assure which is a company with the goal of making a BIG impact on closing the gap in cancer patient education and improving the lives of cancer patients. She is a nurse, entrepreneur, speaker, and consultant. And at the core of it all a relentless patient advocate.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Tennessee, and began working the glamorous night shift on an oncology floor in a South Carolina hospital. Through her career she has worked in inpatient & outpatient settings, and has spent more than 15 years working in Clinical Trials.

In 2010, Jill earned her Master of Public Health (Health Planning & Administration), and skipped walking at graduation in lieu of snuggling with her new 2 month-old daughter. Their second daughter completed her family and moved back to Indiana for family. Jill is married to her high school sweetheart.

Ivy graduated from East Carolina University in 2001 and worked in various areas of nursing for 5 years before acquiring her Master’s degree in 2007. Currently she is enrolled in the post masters DNP program at ECU. 

As a Nurse Practitioner, Ivy has worked for 13 years at CHS Pediatric Office in Greenville NC. Ivy has the desire to deliver excellent patient care to help her patients achieve optimal health as a family unit. She has obtained her certificate  of advanced education in obesity medicine with OMA  She sits on their National Pediatric Committee. For the last 8 years, she has been an international board certified lactation consultant.

Ivy enjoys her long term relationship with her boyfriend, Mark as well as hiking, and photography.

Jenni Daniel passionately believes that everyone deserves to understand their cancer diagnosis and what to expect during treatment. She understands that even with the best healthcare team, being told you have cancer is incredibly overwhelming. After spending years as an oncology nurse and a breast cancer navigator, Jenni saw the gaps in the system between what patients and family members needed and what they received. She now dedicates her time to working individually with breast cancer patients so they can better understand their diagnosis and their treatment options, feel confident in their decisions, be prepared for what to expect, manage side effects at home, and be supported throughout their journey. Being an oncology nurse, having experienced cancer with a family member, and being a survivor herself, Jenni has a unique perspective that results in her providing truly compassionate care.
