Our guest in the studio, Fran MacDonald from the Western Alliance for Greenhouse Action (WAGA), explains about 'Low Carbon West' - the greenhouse strategy for our region - and about what it means for Geelong. Low Carbon West is a plan for the transition to a low carbon economy in the western region. It was officially launched on 25 November 2014. Fran MacDonald is responsible for the initiative.
