What a weekend it was! 134 members taking part, making SVT the club with the most amount of athletes in any Ironman event in Europe EVER!

Also, they release the date of the much anticipated SVT Christmas do!

Not much club chat in this one sorry. In this special episode, Marc and Dan head to beefa to compete at the ITU Long Distance World Champs. The boys do a daily log of their trip, including watching the pros at the PTO European Open, becoming besties with Kris, Jan and a few other pros, the build-up to the race, post-race thoughts and discussing how much the beers cost at Pacha at the closing ceremony. Not only is Dan a decent athlete, but also fluent in Spanglish.

On this episode the girls have been joined by a very special guest. They do some race recaps including the iconic London Marathon (not sure if you heard that Hannah did it?), they talk about the pressure that comes with training for events, the recent Parkrun takeover and see who can fit the most amount of balls in their mouth.
