We're back, and we're joined by club member Abbie Evans, hot off the back of the Ironman 70.3 World Champs in Marbella. We discuss everything from growing up playing hockey, how she got into Triathlon (blame Sam), what it's like to have a legend as a father and go through her race history. We discuss her races in Swansea 70.3, Ironman Wales and the Ironman World champs in Nice and Marbella. We also have a chat about the new slot allocation system, which is a hot topic at the moment. In this episode, we are joined by local legend, Nathan Ford. Nath was last on the podcast in January 2022, and he provides an update on the progress of his rehab. We also discuss his recent Instagram posts, men's mental health and how he uses it to help with his recovery.

We also go through his amazing triathlon career and race results and the good days of training in Cycle Specific. The boys discuss everything Ironman Wales, where Nath provides some great tips for Race day.

We finish by asking some questions that were sent in on Instagram.

In this episode Marc and Dan are joined by the Queen of Triathlon in South Wales, Jayne Arnold. They discuss Jayne's love of the sport and the people in it, how she started in triathlon, how many races and Ironmans she and husband Paul have done and how much it cost! They discuss several topics and Jayne answers some questions sent in by members. We're also joined by Paul at the end when he complains he had to turn the heating on for the boys.
