I love the idea of allowing all people from around the world to be seen for exactly who they are and own all parts of themselves. I dive into what scrum is, which is a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. Regardless of the body parts you have or were born with,  we all have this mix of energies inside us that we call masculine and feminine. I have renamed them earth  and water energy in order to neutralize them as they do not relate specifically to any certain body parts.
