However, he succeeded in building his life back better than ever before.
Along the way uncovered the key to creating the ideal life: by using your brain in the right way!
It is now his mission to share this understanding with others.
Liam and I discussed so much in this episode, including secrets of the brain that we've never been taught, problems not being a natural thing, eliminating fear and stress and I learn about the four parts of our brains and how they are designed to work!

Whatever it is you do, wouldn't it be great to do it in less time? Or at least make sure you are doing work you LOVE and are PASSIONATE about so it doesn't feel like work?
They say you should never meet your heroes but how could I pass up the opportunity to interview the 3-Day Weekend Entrepreneur himself, the incredible Wade Galt!
I've included much of our pre-recording talk - we had never met before and it's a great showcase for how two people can meet the first time and quickly connect in a strong way.
Wade teaches Entrepreneurs and Professionals to create an abundant and sustainable 3-Day Weekend lifestyle so they can better enjoy their family, friends and life. All this while doing work they enjoy and believe in.
Starting his career out of college and being a model employee, he founded his own software company and over the following 20+ years has been a corporate consultant, sales coach, recruiter, mental health counsellor, life coach AND 3-Day Weekend Entrepreneur.
It was such an honour to spend time with someone I listen to religiously every week - the host of the 3-Day Weekend Entrepreneur Podcast and one of the most generous people you could ever hope to meet.
Enjoy!

It's time for this month's Tailoring Talk Bondathon episode and it's a very full house as Phil, Jon, Alex, Rich and I review the 8th 007 James Bond movie: yes it's time for Live and Let Die!
WARNING: This episode contains a vast amount of spoilers so if you haven't seen Live and Let Die and don't want to know what happens, go watch the movie and come back to the episode straight after!
The episode starts with a pre-amble that had to be included for your amusement, but there is also some Tailoring Talk as Bobby and Rich mention things they've been wearing recently amongst other things...
This start to finish run through of Roger Moore's first 007 outing includes the boys discussing the outfits, gadgets, villains and Bond girls plus all the key plot points... and going off on the usual tangents including 50 Shades of Grey. Weirdly.
Enjoy!
Get in touch! Got a particular Bond film you love? Would you like to be on the show to review and discuss it with Roberto and our co-hosts? Then what are you waiting for, get in touch! Email Roberto at [email protected] or get in touch via the show's new Instagram page @tailoringtalkpodcast !

Skip forward to today and he is the CFO, Founder and Co-Host of Next Level University, a Global Top 100 Self-Improvement Podcast with 1000+ episodes and over 600,000 listens in over 125 countries.

Let’s start the week off by getting our creative juices flowing!
Yes, this episode we are focusing on creativity with Robin Landa who is a master of her art. We begin with a cold open - I started recording as soon as Robin joined the call for our pre-show talk, because I just knew the creativity would begin right from the start!
The Carnegie Foundation lists her as among the greatest teachers of our time. Robin has published over 20 recognised books in her fields of expertise. When it comes to design, writing and research she is a multiple award-winner. She is an expert in creative advertising, branding, graphic design and social media, regularly called a "creativity guru" and she holds the title of Distinguished Professor of the Michael Graves College, Kean University, USA.
If you ever struggle with “creativity blocks” or just want to learn some methods for keeping your creativity flowing, this is the right place!
Robin and I really get deep into this subject, sharing stories and examples… Robin even shares some methods from her forthcoming book, The New Art of Ideas, Unlock Your Creative Potential. With a wealth of knowledge in her area of expertise, this is one lady you do not want to miss spending time with!
