Be sure to tune in to twitch.tv/pxlpts on Thursday, March 1st to see what happens LIVE.

150: Issues With Games In Early Access
Gary's back this week and he's alive. And boy does he have a lot to talk about. He opens, and with Mario Odyssey. He likes the hybrid ability of the Switch. Then again, who doesn't? He then follows that up with Dusk, which was early access. Followed by Fortnite, and finally his Game of the Year, Genital Jousting. It has a better story than most games. Really, a game for the ages. Anthony's got Diablo III for the console. The lack of RAM really got to him. Lastly, Brian beat the Breath of the Wild DLC. Not too thrilled with getting the motorcycle at the end (spoiler). However, Assassins Creed: Origins... that's a whole other can of worms.

149: Fortnite, PUBG, And Deus Ex
This week brings us a new guest, Derek, as Gary's flight ends up being delayed. And like the good hosts we are, we let him go first. Fortnite is on his mind and he let's us know what he thinks of the game compared to PUBG. After that, he's got Breath of the Wild. It's pretty much his first Zelda game. Very interesting. Following that is Stephen, and speaking of Zelda he's still going through Ocarina of Time 3D on the 3DS. It's not too bad of a remaster, but one I think he wants to see on the Switch. Lastly, Anthony, and he's got Deus Ex. One thing's for sure, Justin's Adam Jensen voice was spot on.
We got a surprise mini Nintendo Direct, and we go through all the announces in it, but not before we talk about all the other news that happened in the week.

148: Fortnite, Turok Remastered, And Our Top 5 of 2017
First recorded episode in the New Year, and Gary hobbles back this week and we talk some games.
Gary starts off with Little Nightmares. He finally beat the DLC. In fact, he was only 10 minutes from beating it the last time. He doesn't think it's as good as the game itself, but it's still pretty good. Though, the ending left him disappointed. Plus, water levels. Then it's Immortal Redneck time. It's taken over his life. It's got some of the best first-person shooting, but the RNG is the biggest downside. Brian's up next with Fortnite: Battle Royal. You only get a pick axe and is like Minecraft in a way. He loves the art style and it's free right now. It's a fort defense game. He's having a blast. Anthony steps into his time machine and played Turok: Remastered. A true classic. Also, before exiting his time machine he also played Knights of the Old Republic. To say the least, it's a good game. Last up is, Stephen. He's playing though Ocarina of Time 3D on the greatest color scheme ever released for a console. We can all agree on that.
No Drunken News this week, but we go over our top 5 games of 2017. Let us know your top 5 and what you think of ours over on Twitter.

147: Hob, South Park, And Super Paper Mario
Well, you know what they say, start the New Year with a bang. And by bang, we mean down one man. Wouldn't you know it? Gary broke his foot once again, and both of them, in another tragic volleyball incident. Guess you aren't able to play on ice. Food for thought.
Let's get started, and first up is Stephen with Super Paper Mario. It has some issues, but he's only an hour or so in. The real issue was the batteries in his Wii remote. Garbage. The game looks good, has some of the same humor from previous games, yet falls flat so far on the combat system, as it was radically changed from Paper Mario for the N64 and Thousand Year Door. Next, Anthony, and he's got Dark Siders 2. It's pretty much a Zelda, but with simpler puzzles. The combat system isn't too bad either. He's enjoying it. Then there's Brian. He checks out Hob, the game in which Gary was signing the praises of. Brian? Not so much. You want to explore? Good luck finding anything. He also finds the combat system extremely frustrating. It looks good though. Then South Park: Fractured But Whole. It's a South Park game for sure. The humor is there and much more.
The last Drunken News of 2017. What a year its been for us and many others. We talk Nintendo in multiple stories, Diablo 3 returns retro, and Playstation Plus' games this month are definitely worth checking out.
See you all in 2018!

146: Brawlout And Wolfenstein DLC
Two is the loneliest number, and on this Christmas Day episode with the four of us there, only two had games to talk about. Talk about your Christmas Grinches. That's alright, I'm sure Santa will bring plenty of great games this year for the gang. That is, unless he brings coal.
Gary leads us off and he talks Battlefront II, the newest one. He beat it and it's basically nothing special. That's being kind. He mentions "the newest one" because he also played Battlefront II from 2005. The memories are solid and the campaign is awesome. Yet, what is even more awesome is Shadows of the Empire. A classic Star Wars game in a time when we get neither good games or movies. Plus, Dash Rendar is a badass and gets a jetpack. Gary then briefly mentions Wolfenstein DLC and Little Nightmares, but is really waiting to talk about Immortal Rednecks. I don't want to spoil anything. Just go listen.
Then Brian, with Hoppenhelm, a endless runner of sorts. Basically, a Brian Shitter Game™. He also played Brawlout. Not to be confused with Brawlhalla, which is also a Super Smash Bros.-like game. However, Brian does not like it. Lastly, more Breath of the Wild DLC. Brian is really enjoying himself and finding new things. What more could you ask for?
We thought it was going to be a light news week with the holiday and all, but that doesn't seem to be the case. We've got plenty to talk about, so buckle up for Atari delays, Dragon Quest Builders, Cuphead goes double platinum, and more.
And guys get in those questions for our last episode of 2017. We're going to talk about our games of the year and would love to hear yours. So let us know!
