A weekend getaway review! Episode #67 - The One About Having Fun In Hot Springs Arkansas part 2. October is pretty special for Sandy and I. There are so many wonderful things that happen in this month. One of which is Sandy's birthday. Another is, I get to spoil her with a weekend getaway as a gift.This year, I surprised Sandy with a trip to Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. A little known fact about Hot Springs National Park is that it was establish as a nationl park in 1832; 40 years before Yellowstone. Hot Springs became the first ever national park. The hot springs were set aside as a special reservation. We have SO much to talk about in 2 part. We have a Mountain Tower, Hotels, Gangsters and oh-yes, GREAT food.

How could you get ANY shut eye!?!How about, The Bourbon Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana?It has everything a paranormal investigator could what! Disembodied children's laughter playing mischievous pranks. Maybe, the sound of laughter in the night doesn't creep up out. Perhaps the SCREAMs of agony will send you running. WHAT!! It's that time of year again! 

Time for the 2nd annual Blues, Brews and BBQ benefit for the Boys and Girls Club of the Ozarks. What a great time with great music and food.In episode 61 we will tell you ALL about it. Especially, about where the benefit takes place. Which is the Branson Landing.

The Branson Landing is a $435 million mix of public and private property that runs along 1.5 miles of waterfront of amazing Lake Taneycomo, just next door to the historic downtown Branson, Missouri.
