When you incorporate certain daily habits such as meditation, reading, listening to a podcast, goal setting and journaling, your day is set-up for a win.
The key factor here is energy management, getting enough sleep, 7 to 8 hours a day will make you more productive.
We touch on the essential supplements needed to increase productivity, reduce stress and enhance longevity.
These routines combined with essential supplementation is truly what will build momentum in your life.

My guest today is Melody Miles. Melody and I recently got connected through Instagram.
Melody worked for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, as a scientist, diplomat.
Melody is now a writer and recovering-humanitarian, who helped launch the global effort to eradicate malaria. She has traveled to the far corners of the planet listening to the voices of the poor, representing the voices of the rich, and chasing after an extraordinary life. All her efforts checking boxes, saying yes, and surpassing milestones landed her the life she thought she wanted.
Then her life unexpectedly collided head-on with heartbreak and she lost everything: her mom, her husband, her home, and dreams of having a family. In the wake of this pain, after all her attempts to muster her way forward failed, she started wondering if maybe it’s not the strength of our calculating minds - but the softness of our hearts - that heals us and brings us back to life. She quit her philanthropy work, sold all her belongings, and set out to travel solo around the world to answer a question that was relentless keeping her up a night:
In all her work fighting for the freedom of others, was she truly living free herself?Spoiler alert: she wasn’t.
Melody’s story is one of life knocking her down, waking her up, and showing her the freedom she longed for was ripe for her taking in the very place she least expected it: in this throws of an unmasked, unseen, ordinary life.
The world has plenty of voices cheering readers onto bigger accomplishments. Melody wants to be a voice for those on the path of decent, surrendering to the freefall and inviting their pain to be their guide as they chase after new beginnings.
Melody holds a Masters in Global Health, a Bachelors’ in Science, and Certificate in Faith & Work. She blogs at https://melodymiles.com/ about letting-go, navigating transition, and wresting with shame until your soul finally feels wild and free again.

Episode 1:7 levels deep of your "Why", dives deep into the science of not just setting goals, but truly connecting to that emotional part of why you must achieve it. This is a strategy I heard of from Dean Graziosi, well known real estate coach and personal development expert. When you ask yourself the question, Why, 7 times over, it connects to the core of the driving decision behind that goal.
We dive deep into the SMART goal strategy, analyzing each component separately.
S-specific, M-measured, A-achievable, R-realistic, T-timely. The science of goal setting, using the SMART methodology, combined with going 7 levels deep of your why will make you unstoppable, shifts some paradigms for you.
The last component we dive into is called the "Ultimate Success Formula", developed by Tony Robbins, the strategy dives into setting an outcome, taking massive action towards that outcome, evaluating your result and if need be changing your approach. The 3 pronged components, 7 levels deep, setting SMART goals and the "Ultimate Successful Formula" will help you thrive in the pursuit of your goals.

Healthcare doesn't have an innovation problem. It has an adoption problem.
Brilliant technologies die in pilot programmes. AI tools stall at the regulator's desk. Breakthroughs built for one…
Host Rouan Kruger has seen that gap from both sides of the counter. As a pharmacist, he has worked with patients in Johannesburg, London and California. As a healthcare AI strategist, he now helps companies take new technologies across borders and into the markets where they're needed most.
Each episode goes inside the decisions that never make the press release, with the founders, executives, investors and clinicians who made them. How they won over sceptical doctors. Why their first market entry failed. What responsible AI looks like when real patients are on the line. And what every health system, from London to Lagos to Los Angeles, can learn from the others.
No hype and no theory. Just the hard-won playbook for turning healthcare innovation into impact.
Season 1 featured conversations on entrepreneurship, mindset and performance. Formerly a top 10 podcast in South Africa, now heard in around 20 countries.
