Today let's dive into Boundaries and how necessary boundaries are for you. Why you should set boundaries and why you should accept other people's boundaries without taking it personal or feeling offended by them. Boundaries are your personal preferences that guide the way you do life. Setting healthy boundaries is both good for you and for the others you interact with.

Most of us are thinking of new goals and reflecting on the goals already achieved, and the ones not achieved. I am up for setting goals but what about dreams? There is a famous saying by T E Lawrence that the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible. So today I want to walk you through expanding your mind and thinking to achieving your impossible dream.

Today we will talk about how to channel those catastrophizing thoughts to take more powerful actions and win with your mind.

If I were to ask you now, how do you feel? What would be your response? Sad, fearful, happy, lonely, bored and on and on. If I were to ask you this same question on another day, I wouldn’t be surprised if you gave me another answer, in fact I will be expecting a different feeling. What does that tell you? Feeling is a state. A state of the mind! Your feelings are not you and you are not your feelings. Join me as I dive deep into the thoughts you give your feelings.

Hey friend, good to have you with me today. If I were to describe in one word how people have made me feel. Underestimated comes to mind. so today I want us to unpack that feeling of being underestimated and how to ride above the tides. That feeling can be so hurtful and sometimes you might turn it back on your self with the feeling that there is something wrong with you. This can begin to affect your self worth and you could even go as far as trying to proof them wrong. 

Meekness is a character I have grown to embrace; some might mistaken it as weakness but again that is far from the truth. Have the quiet confidence to embrace your meek nature and speak from the abundance of your heart.

We put too much pressure on ourselves to try and out do our colleagues or listen to the voice in our head telling us to just talk that we forget we are graced with meekness – strength under control. Listen then talk with intention. And if you eventually didn’t really have anything to say, then don’t. No judgement. 

Your introvert in this sense might be you, it might be your spouse, your child, a friend or colleague. Whoever it might be, you have the ability to empower yourself and others as well.

You have a lot to bring to the table and the moment you realise your worth – your unconditional worth, the moment you start living your life with unconditional acceptance. As an introvert the world would make you think you don’t have much to give especially within a large crowd but life is not in the noise and life is definitely not in the crowd. No matter how much you would wished you could be the loudest person at the party, that truly isn’t you.
