This will help you if you are in the thick of it as an entrepreneur to conceptuzaulise the process, the ups and downs, the mental mastery needed to sustain consistency, workload and growth.

H = Hard work - investing in mentors, books, courses, discipline to remain in alignment with your desire. The desire to win should get you out of bed every morning.

U = Unknown - there's going to be many times when we need to step into the Unknown, you've got to wear many hats as an entrepreneur.

S = Stamina - to climb the mountain, it requires you to be able to do the boring things, this is where your skill is honed and growth is found under pressure to be able to do the right things at the right time, daily.  You build it through doing things to push your limits. 

T = Taking Risks - risks are part of the growth, you've got to get out of your comfort zone. The risk help you elevate. The riskiest thing is not doing anything and staying comfortable. You must commit and do whatever it takes as an entrepreneur. 

L = Leverage - systems give us leverage, code is leverage, content is leverage, leverage is all around us, time is leverage, money is leverage. Look for opportunities to leverage what you do.

E = Excellence - this is your standard, your expectations of yourself, high quality output always.

Mark also share his point of view on Win-Win deals and why they aren't all they are cracked up to be, he shares how why striving for a win-win is dangerous and can lead to you being taken advantage of.

We delve into how people conflate the word negotiation with the word discussion, alignment and conversations, and believe that the negotiation is independent of whole experience of interaction, like its some separate event where price is discussed.

We address the fact that some negotiators will be seeding thoughts in the other parties mind right from the get go, in order to influence and manipulate at a later stage in the deal. For example, making statements like "wow, you are super collaborative", this makes you feel good about this up front, so by the time we get to the negotiation, I've seeded the idea that you are collaborative.

I spoke to Belinda Agnew about her journey in entrepreneurship building tech startups, and what it was like  being independent from an early age, growing up in Australia.

She reflects back on living through survival mode, and learning to make money fast in order to survive with buckets loads of grit.

From selling Kirby vacuums door to door, learning to deal with rejection, doors slamming in your face, she recognised how good she was at selling and convincing people.

At the time, she was selling 4-7 vacuums a week, making $700 a vacuum cleaner, she was working over time, hustling, doing demonstrations,

She didn't end up getting the commissions, the boss was unethical, she didn't get paid.

This taught her to keep going no matter what, put her skills to good use and learning to control emotions.

Belinda shares how there are a vast amount of opportunities in the Web3 space, working remotely, and why it's important to start building your personal brand that highlights the skills that you can offer.

She also shares about dealing with work place bullies, politics and feminine and masculine energy.

Now she's an Advisor, on boards and Co-founder and CEO of multiple successful businesses. Take it away Belinda.
