Erin Maxwell, age 11, was found hanging by a rope in her Palermo, NY home in 2008. The little girl had slipped through every single crack in the system designed to protect our children. Her older stepbrother, Alan Jones, would be arrested for her murder. A case that shocked the community of Central NY.
