Joe Mercer from Desert Rose Racing joins us to talk about his love of bikes, cars, roof tents, rallying and working for the Desert Rose, 'The home of motorcycle rallying in the UK.'

He is a good bloke and shares some great insights in the life of a rally team organiser and mechanic.

He defintiely said I could have a go in his truck, and we will be signing up to do a rally any day now.  Just not today.

Bridget Hallam and Alan Cox, motorcycle adventurers from Australia are "Throw your Leg Over."  - www.throwyourlegover.com.au

Together they have ridden over 130,000 km two-up in Australia and Europe, on their 2008 BMW R1200GS.

​In 2019 they shipped their GS1200 from Sydney to Barcelona and rode 27,000 km over 24 weeks through 26 countries, from Morocco to Norway and from Portugal to the Black Sea, crisscrossing many countries inbetween. 

They are currently on their second European tour, this time shipping the BMW from Melbourne to London. They started at the popular Adventure Bike Rider Festival in the UK and then rode east through the French, Swiss and Italian Alps.  They are now in Eastern Europe.
