Tbh, it was written in the stars for me to become a high achiever. It's literally in my genes 🤣
But it was only in high school when I was studying hard while also maintaining sports participation, piano rehearsal, socialising, and partying (lol) that I started to learn the importance of personal management to maximise time and energy.
Unknowingly, I was putting in place high-performance habits that would be useful for the rest of my life.
Previously, I thought these things were so negligible that they didn't matter. But now, I see how it's the insignificant things we do repeatedly that lead to significant results. Nothing goes to waste toward growth and achievement.
Listen to the full episode to hear these key 5 high-performance habits and how you can streamline your systems to create more energy, productivity, and results!

Trang is an international and TEDx speaker, and a leading life and business mentor for those who know they're made for more. In particular, those who are hungry to build their dream business of impact to replace their profession, so they can live with freedom and fulfillment.
Born to Vietnamese immigrant parents, Trang spent the first part of her life succumbing to traditional Asian expectations, where she started her career as a Physiotherapist. However, her rebellious and visionary personality eventually led her to question how she could help people not just as athletes but as humans.
Trang started her coaching business but initially had no idea what she was doing, so she quickly overworked herself to the point of burn-out. Not just once, but twice, she fell asleep at the wheel and caused two accidents.
That is why Trang now runs the free and fulfilled business movement, so people can achieve business success while thriving not just as business owners, but as human beings.
Ultimately, she believes that when enough people thrive, humanity will thrive, and when humanity thrives, the world will thrive for all of us and future generations.
Over the weekend, I ran the final Life of Legacy Retreat for the year. And it was magical. In fact, it was the best retreat I’ve ever run. By far.

For many of my primary school years, I was bullied. This eventually trained me to want to be anything but different. I became a serial people-pleaser and lost my sense of self as I would mould myself to fit whoever I was with.

Join me in today's episode with Chelsea Turgeon, who is on a mission to help healthcare professionals find purpose and fulfillment in their work — regardless of whether they stay on their current career path. Chelsea is a digital nomad, creating a framework for others to go from burnout to finding their career freedom. Chelsea is also the author of Residency Dropout, which details how she quit medicine, redefined her career success, and offers applicable tools for those considering the same.
In this episode, Chelsea shares her journey from leaving a clinical medicine career to becoming a globe-trotting entrepreneur and coach. She discusses the pivotal moment when she realized her soul was withering away within the confines of her medical profession. She immersed herself in nature, practiced yoga, and wrote daily journal entries to connect with her intuition. Through this process, she ultimately found her true path and purpose. She challenges the idea that one's purpose must be tied to one's career, suggesting that fulfillment can be found in various aspects of life.

As a business owner who loves my work and derives meaning, fulfilment, and entertainment from work... I often find myself working more than 40-hour weeks. I know many other entrepreneurs the same.
But... Isn't overworking 'bad'? What about burnout?

As we enter into an Entrepreneurial Revolution (First coined by Dan Priestley), business practices are evolving extremely rapidly.
What this means is that the best practices from even just two years ago can now be the same thing that sabotages our brand.
What used to boost sales can now deter customers
Listen to this episode where I redefine how business is done, sharing seven pieces of business advice that are now outdated in 2023. Enjoy!

I recently had a conversation with a new 1:1 client who shared that she was in the depths of comparison with others who seem to be getting so much more results in their businesses while seemingly barely lifting a finger. It made her feel disheartened and doubt what she has to offer.
This isn't the first time I've had this conversation with a client, and it won't be the last. I, too, have had these recurring thoughts throughout my business journey!
In this episode, I talk about what practices you can do and questions you can ask yourself to rise above this comparison to create inner peace for yourself. Enjoy :)
