Super exciting times for the division. Usman says he is open to fighting Chimaev. This is huge news! Rather than holding onto the belt and fighting opponents that he knows he could beat, he is open to fighting and up and comer. Whenever this happens fight fans, like myself, have a whole lot to get excited about. If each of these guys get through their next fight, we're looking at a late summer tremendous matchup.

Addiction seem easier and easier to create as you get older. You form habits in your daily routine so easily now. Taking the kids to school, driving to work, and even making dinner. All those gaps in between seem to fill up with, more often than not, bad habits. I have been pretty stuck on energy drinks for sometime now. Two a day for probably longer than I would like to admit. Let's see if I can kick this with a trip just as I have done before.

I've known Marlin for nearly last 15 years and he is extremely passionate about slow pitch softball. As you get a little older though, often times, you have to give up the activities that you enjoy. Marlin has been able to continue playing into his mid 60s and doesn't look like he's slowing down anytime soon. Keep up those training routines and never stop moving!

In episode 1046 I had a great conversation with my brother. I find myself always asking my brother what to do in first aid situations just because it seems like the right thing to do. He is a firefighter and works in high-pressure situation's everyday. I thought it would be great to hear some first-hand advice on what you should do if you come across two different scenarios. One, if you are in a car wreck, or if you have some type of a pool situation with a child. They seem to be rather relevant to my life and most likely most of you. He told me to also recommend that you visit the Red Cross Training website for any specific questions that you may have in the future. It is pretty easy to get a CPR certification and or a first aid certification to be better equipped to handle these type of situation's. Say it isn't so. Two innings from a perfect game and Kershaw gets benched. Hopefully we hear of a real reason soon. How do you not want that as the athlete? How do you not want to finish that game? 80 pitches! You would think that he has enough left in the tank. I'm interested to see what comes in the next couple days because perfect game opportunities don't come around very often.

Crazy social media news today. Elon musk offers to buy Twitter and make it a private company. This could mean great things for social media platforms and content creators. This may be the first step towards greater freedom of speech and a fair playing field for all. It also may open the door to the Wild Wild West on the Internet. Censorship is one thing, but the world filled with conspiracies and false fictional stories is also definitely problematic. #elonmusk #twitter 

The Ukraine conflict is devastating. As more and more problems arise it seems as though energy has also come into the forefront of the conversation. Nuclear power plants can be a great source of energy, but can also be extremely dangerous. Within the last week we have seen territories taken over that are essential to maintain. Can nuclear energy truly be the power of the future if conflict can damage such a massive area for many years to come?

As time goes on I find everybody seems to have the same problems. Knees, backs, and shoulders all begin to hurt as we age. You can alleviate an awful lot of pain by maintaining full range of motion in specific muscle groups. Utilize this maintenance warm-up exercise routine before each workout. If you are not consistently working out, consider adding this to your week at least three times.  

UFC 273 was an amazing fight night. Three fights really delivered. Khamzat and Burns showed what it's like to sit toe to toe with another fighter that really wants to win. Burns is no slouch. He's lost a couple of his last fights but the top five in that weight division are some of the best fighters in the world. I think Khamzat got a little dose of humble pie on what the top guys in the world have to offer.   #ufc273
