  • The LISK Files: Julia Bean And The Investigation In South Carolina (9/11/25)
The investigation into Rex Heuermann and his activities away from Long Island continues to move forward as the FBI has now joined the investigation, at least in South Carolina. The spokesman for the Sheriff office cautioned, however, that there is zero physical evidence thus far connecting Heuermann to Julia Bean's disappearance, but with the circumstantial evidence (witness statements, etc) they feel its necessary to exhaust all possibilities as they continue to look for answers.

  • The Governments Charging Requests In Their Case Against Diddy (Part 13) (9/10/25)
In this filing, the government submits its proposed jury instructions, also known as “requests to charge,” ahead of Sean Combs’ upcoming trial. These instructions lay out how the jury should interpret the law as it applies to the charges in the Third Superseding Indictment, including conspiracy, racketeering (RICO), drug trafficking, sex trafficking, and related offenses. The government requests standard instructions on presumption of innocence, burden of proof, credibility of witnesses (including cooperating witnesses and law enforcement), and the meaning of reasonable doubt. Critically, it also asks the court to include specific legal definitions tied to each alleged crime—for example, the elements of a RICO enterprise and the requirements for proving participation in a drug distribution conspiracy.

Furthermore, the government includes instructions regarding the consideration of co-conspirator statements, evidence of prior bad acts, and accomplice testimony, reflecting the sensitive and complex nature of the allegations against Combs. The proposed charges emphasize that the jury must evaluate the case based solely on the evidence presented, without speculation or bias, and that guilt must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. These instructions, if accepted by the judge, will guide the jury through the legal standards necessary to determine whether Combs is guilty on any or all of the multiple felony counts he faces. The submission underscores the government's intent to secure clear, legally sound guidance for the jury in what is expected to be a high-profile and multifaceted trial.

  • The LISK Files: Rex Heuermann And Atlantic City (9/10/25)
In 2006 four women Kim Raffo, Tracy Ann Roberts, Molly Jean Dilts And Barbara V. Breidor were all found within 50 to 60 feet of one another in various stages of decomposition. Authorities who investigated the murders had several suspects suggested to them, but none of those suspects ever panned out and the case went cold.

Now in the aftermath of the arrest of Rex Heuermann, the authorities in Atlantic City and Suffolk county are in contact trying to see if Rex Heuermann might be involved. This now means that the investigation into Heurmann spans at least four states.

In this episode, we take a look at both cases and ask the same question:

Could Rex Heuermann be responsible for the murders in Atlantic City as well?

  • The LISK Files: Rex Heuermann Chose His Victims For A Reason (9/10/25)
The Long Island Serial Killer, also known as the Gilgo Beach Killer or the Craigslist Ripper, is an unidentified serial killer who targeted individuals involved in the sex trade, particularly prostitutes, on Long Island, New York. The case remains unsolved, and the killer's true identity and exact number of victims are unknown. The investigation into the Long Island Serial Killer began in December 2010 when the remains of four women were discovered in the vicinity of Gilgo Beach.

The bodies were found during the search for a missing woman named Shannan Gilbert, a sex worker who disappeared in May 2010. As the search progressed, additional remains and body parts were discovered in the area, ultimately totaling at least ten victims. The remains were found along a stretch of Ocean Parkway, leading to speculation that the killer may have been familiar with the area. The victims found at Gilgo Beach were mostly young women who had advertised their services on websites like Craigslist. Many of them had been strangled to death, and some had been dismembered.

The killer exhibited a pattern of targeting individuals involved in the sex trade, which led investigators to believe that he may have had knowledge or experience in law enforcement or another profession that allowed him to avoid suspicion.Over the years, several suspects have been considered, including individuals with connections to the area and potential links to law enforcement. However, no arrests have been made in connection with the Long Island Serial Killer case, and the killer's identity remains a mystery.

The case has garnered significant media attention and has sparked public interest and speculation, but the lack of substantial leads and evidence has hindered progress in the investigation.Law enforcement agencies, including the Suffolk County Police Department, have continued their efforts to solve the case. In recent years, new technological advancements and forensic techniques have been utilized to reexamine the evidence and potentially identify the killer.

Additionally, the case has prompted discussions about the safety of sex workers and the need for improved strategies to protect and support vulnerable individuals in society. The Long Island Serial Killer case stands as one of the most notorious unsolved serial murder cases in recent history. The hope for closure and justice for the victims and their families remains, as investigators persist in their pursuit of the killer and the truth behind these heinous crimes.

  • The Billionaire’s Gatekeeper: How Les Wexner Handed Jeffrey Epstein the Keys to Power (Part 4) (9/10/25)
Jeffrey Epstein’s relationship with Les Wexner was not just financial—it was the foundation of Epstein’s rise from a mysterious money manager to a figure embedded in the world of extreme wealth and power. Wexner, the billionaire founder of L Brands and longtime CEO of Victoria’s Secret, granted Epstein unprecedented access to his fortune, his homes, and his reputation. Epstein was given power of attorney over Wexner’s finances, a level of trust so unusual it raised questions about the true nature of their bond. This arrangement allowed Epstein to control massive sums of Wexner’s wealth, acquire luxury properties, and build the image of legitimacy he later used to lure victims and cultivate influence..

Yet Wexner has long insisted that he, too, was deceived by Epstein, claiming that Epstein stole money and betrayed his trust. That narrative, however, collapses under scrutiny. Maria Farmer’s testimony places abuse at Wexner’s heavily guarded Ohio estate, and Epstein’s use of Wexner’s assets—such as the Manhattan townhouse he effectively gifted him—suggests far more than a duped investor. The fact that Wexner enabled Epstein’s ascent, while escaping the same level of media and legal accountability as other Epstein associates, underscores how wealth and influence insulated him. Their relationship was not incidental; it was the keystone that transformed Epstein from a grifter into a predator with access to the corridors of power.
