  • The Serpico of Mar-a-Lago: Mike Johnson Claims Donald Trump Was An FBI Informant (9/9/25)
Mike Johnson’s claim that Donald Trump was an undercover FBI informant working to bring down Jeffrey Epstein is nothing more than political fan fiction. It comes after every other narrative—calling Epstein a hoax, smearing survivors, and demanding the public “move on”—has completely collapsed. The idea that Trump, who partied with Epstein, publicly called the scandal a Democrat hoax, and routinely defamed survivors, was secretly the Serpico of Mar-a-Lago is absurd on its face. If it were true, the files would already be released and Trump himself would be shouting about it from every podium. Instead, there’s silence, spin, and desperate storytelling designed to distract from the reality: survivors were ignored, Epstein was protected, and the files remain locked away.

At its core, this narrative is just another attempt to shield powerful people from accountability by rewriting history with Trump as the unlikely hero. But it collapses under even the slightest scrutiny—because the contradictions are glaring, the evidence is nonexistent, and the cruelty toward survivors is undeniable. Rather than offer transparency, Johnson offers a bedtime story, hoping the public will swallow it whole. Yet the truth is clear: if Trump really was an informant, then we should all be demanding the release of the files to see his supposed heroics. And since they refuse, we know exactly what this is—another cheap distraction to keep the truth buried, while the survivors still wait for the justice they deserve.

  • The LISK Files: The Family Of Carmen Vargas Speaks Out (9/9/25)
Summary of the Case and Victims:
    1. The discovery of Shannan Gilbert: The case came to light in May 2010 when 24-year-old Shannan Gilbert, an escort, disappeared in the Oak Beach area of Long Island. Her disappearance sparked an extensive search, and during that process, police discovered the remains of other bodies in the vicinity.
    2. The initial findings: In December 2010, the remains of four women were found along the remote stretch of Ocean Parkway near Gilgo Beach. All of them were wrapped in burlap sacks. These victims were later identified as:a. Maureen Brainard-Barnes (25): She had gone missing in July 2007. b. Melissa Barthelemy (24): She disappeared in July 2009. c. Amber Lynn Costello (27): She went missing in September 2010. d. Megan Waterman (22): She disappeared in June 2010.
    3. Additional victims: In April 2011, the remains of six more people were discovered along Ocean Parkway, including:a. Jessica Taylor (20): She had been missing since July 2003. b. Jane Doe #6: Unidentified victim. c. Jane Doe #7: Unidentified victim. d. Jane Doe #8: Unidentified victim.
    4. Disappearance of an escort: In March 2012, 22-year-old escort, Shannan Gilbert's remains were finally found in a marshy area near Oak Beach. Her death was ruled as an accidental drowning, but some believe she might have been connected to the killer.
    5. Other potential victims: The investigation also probed the possibility of additional victims connected to the Long Island Serial Killer. Among them was an unidentified Asian male found in Nassau County in 2000, and a dismembered female found in 1996 in Manorville, New York, which was also attributed to a potential serial killer.

Now, after the arrest of Rex Heuermann other cold cases are being looked at to see if he has any connection. One of those cases is Carmen Vargas.

In this episode we hear form Carmen's niece who tells her aunts story and why she thinks that her death is connected to Rex Heuermann.

  • The LISK Files: Rex Heuermann And His Google Searches (9/9/25)
Rex Heuermann was looking at some very, very disturbing content according to his google search history and as the investigation moves forward, it is gong to provide a road map into the mind of Rex Heuermann as he was being hunted as the alleged Long Island Serial killer.

In this episode, we take a look at that search history and how it relates to another man convicted of being a serialk killer, John Bittrolff.

John Bittrolff is an American serial killer who was convicted of the murders of two women in New York during the 1990s. He was born in 1966 and worked as a carpenter.

Bittrolff's crimes went unsolved for many years until advances in DNA technology led to his arrest in 2014.In 2017, John Bittrolff was found guilty of the murders of two women, Rita Tangredi and Colleen McNamee, who were both sexually assaulted and killed in the early 1990s. The trial revealed that DNA evidence linked him to the crime scenes, leading to his conviction.

Bittrolff was sentenced to 50 years to life in prison for each murder, with the sentences running consecutively.

Bittrolff's case gained attention due to the lengthy time between the murders and his arrest, as well as the use of DNA evidence to solve the cold cases. His conviction highlights the role of forensic technology in solving crimes that might have otherwise remained unresolved.

  • The Governments Charging Requests In Their Case Against Diddy (Part 4) (9/8/25)
In this filing, the government submits its proposed jury instructions, also known as “requests to charge,” ahead of Sean Combs’ upcoming trial. These instructions lay out how the jury should interpret the law as it applies to the charges in the Third Superseding Indictment, including conspiracy, racketeering (RICO), drug trafficking, sex trafficking, and related offenses. The government requests standard instructions on presumption of innocence, burden of proof, credibility of witnesses (including cooperating witnesses and law enforcement), and the meaning of reasonable doubt. Critically, it also asks the court to include specific legal definitions tied to each alleged crime—for example, the elements of a RICO enterprise and the requirements for proving participation in a drug distribution conspiracy.

Furthermore, the government includes instructions regarding the consideration of co-conspirator statements, evidence of prior bad acts, and accomplice testimony, reflecting the sensitive and complex nature of the allegations against Combs. The proposed charges emphasize that the jury must evaluate the case based solely on the evidence presented, without speculation or bias, and that guilt must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. These instructions, if accepted by the judge, will guide the jury through the legal standards necessary to determine whether Combs is guilty on any or all of the multiple felony counts he faces. The submission underscores the government's intent to secure clear, legally sound guidance for the jury in what is expected to be a high-profile and multifaceted trial.

  • The LISK Files: Rex Heuermann And His Plans To Retire To South Carolina (9/8/25)
Rex Heuermann, accused in the Gilgo Beach serial killings, reportedly purchased a secluded property in Chester County, South Carolina, in 2021, which he purportedly intended to use as his retirement home. Neighbors observed that Heuermann had plans to "buy out" nearby properties and retire in the area, where his brother Craig already resides. Authorities even searched the property and found a Chevrolet Avalanche linked to the case.

In the aftermath of Heuermann’s arrest and ensuing legal and personal turmoil, his estranged wife Asa Ellerup and their children decided to leave their Long Island home and relocate to South Carolina, where the retirement property is located. The family’s emotional ties to their Massapequa Park home were irreparably severed by repeated law enforcement raids and public scrutiny, prompting the move as a step toward healing.
