Sian has have been a full time Baptist Minister and Chaplian since October 2021.  She was ordained after studying at Cardiff Baptist College for four years. Prior to being  minister she was a teaching assistant for many years and loved it, but  had a feeling, a calling that felt as if she wasn’t where she was supposed to be.  It felt like an itch that couldn’t be scratched. Realising her childhood dream, Shelley Fairplay is a harpist based in Wales, UK. She began her journey as a harpist in 1991. Following a degree from Cardiff University and masters in music from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Shelley released her debut CD “The Cherished Harp’ featuring her own arrangements of traditional music from the British Isles. Rayner was the co-founder and Managing Director A&R Services. A&R Services was a husband and wife start up in 2010 and today A&R services is a multimillion-pound yearly turnover employing over 350 staff. Rayner left school at 16 with very few qualifications, pregnant and claiming state benefits.
