I’m telling you right now people, if you or someone you knowenjoyed The Walking Dead but ignored the spin-offs NOW IS THE TIME TO COME BACK! This season of Dead City is everything we could have hoped for but never thought possible. This episode just gave us a new colorful group of badasses each with a unique skill set to unleash on the walkers or whoever gets in their way. Negan is a man of action and the action he took in the closing minutes of this episode brought me tears of joy. This could very well be one of the BEST DAMN SEASONS OF ANY WALKING DEAD SHOW! NOW this is how you kick off a season! Not even 5 minutes in and we see Joe get abducted while at a stop light. We than jump back 6 months to see what led to the obduction which includes Joe’s team meeting up with Cody (Taylor Sheriddan)and unit engaged in all-out war on a Ukraine battlefield as they go to kidnap a high-profile Russian target. There’s a fleet of drones dropping bombs, gunfire in all directions and badass attacks dogs mauling Russian soldiers. The first episode was WILD! And the second goes deeper into the aftermath. We 100% love the storytelling in this episode, especially in regards to Luis and Maggie.
