  • 5 Things I'll Never Buy In My 20s To Attract More Abundance (My Anti-Haul)

Hi everyone!! This week we got a bit more... controversial.

This week I’m talking about 5 things I would never buy in my twenties to support healthier cashflow, and attract more abundance.

Spending/receiving money is very spiritual to me. As a result, I try to spend it carefully, and use it to support my morals and values.

A lot of these *things* I would never buy, either give off low spiritual energy to me, or are over-priced for luxury > actual value.

disclaimer: this is not to replace financial advice. I recommend listening to this video from start to finish and write down was resonates (what feels like truth to you) what doesn’t, and who to talk to later about it.

    Okay…let’s dive in!

  • 2 Sobering Truths About Your Soul's Purpose (It Will Finally Let You Breathe)

There's a particular kind of pressure that follows you into your 20s, quiet, heavy, and relentless. It whispers that you should already know what you're here for. That everyone else has figured it out. That time is running out.

Most of us spend what should be the most electric years of our lives paralyzed by one question: What is my purpose?

    Not curious. Not excited. Paralyzed.

I've spent years dedicated to understanding the systems, beliefs, and patterns that keep us stuck, exploring spiritual practices, sitting with teachers like Eckhart Tolle in A New Earth and Michael Singer in The Untethered Soul, and what I've come to understand about purpose has quietly changed everything for me.

By the end of this episode, my hope is that you'll set down the weight you didn't even know you'd been carrying, and finally, genuinely, breathe again.

This one is for everyone searching. But especially for you, if you're in your 20s and terrified you're already running out of time.

  • This Is Your Sign to Start Before You Feel Ready

You've planned the calendar. Colour-coded the to-do list. Set up the system. And somehow still haven't done the thing.

There's a version of procrastination that looks exactly like hard work from the outside, and it might be the sneakiest thing keeping you stuck.

In this episode, we're talking about why spring is the season to finally call yourself out on it, let go of the perfect plan, and start before you feel ready.

Do it messy. Do it anyway.

    xoxo,

    B

  • I graduated and everything fell apart. Here's what I learned 5 years later.

If you clicked on this, you already know why. 🩵

Five years ago, I graduated with a degree in Forensic Science and knew almost immediately that it wasn't the path for me.

So I moved back home, and spent the next 2-3 years rediscovering myself. My passions. What actually made me feel alive. It was messy. It was uncomfortable. And nobody really talks about that part too much.

The Twenties Detox started as a simple blog post during that season, and slowly became something so much more.

This video is my attempt to make you feel a little less alone. To be the big sister who sits across from you and says: you are not behind. You are not failing. Everything IS and WILL be okay.

    Sending you so much love.xoxo,

    B

I’m breaking down Corporate Social Responsibility, and how we’re using our wallets and portfolios to force ethical change. We’ll also talk about the shift from just "having a job" to finding actual meaning in our work.

I truly believe we have a massive amount of collective power to move the needle. It’s time to stop apologizing for our high standards and start embracing our privilege and responsibility to make a real impact. Let’s get into it!
