Helgi and David meet up sooner than usual due to David's upcoming trip abroad and the men's national team window. Also, David got a clean sweep with picking which teams would win in both leagues! 

We discuss the women's NT results and how promising some of our players are. We go over the men's chances of qualifying for the FIBA World Cup and finally we talk shortly about the upcoming biannual meeting of the Icelandic Basketball Federation as well as parents behaviour at youth tournaments.
