Helgi and David are back after a month with episode three of the fifth season! We go over the standings in the men's Subway league and at least one story for every team.

The men's 1st division is mentioned and then we go into both the men's and women's national team windows. After that we touch on the women's 1st division and end on the women's Subway league. 

Finally we predict some games and discuss the VÍS cup tournament. Enjoy!
