The season has ended prematurely in the Icelandic leagues in light of the global pandemic of the Corona virus, Covid-19. The Icelandic Basketball Federation announced last Wednesday (18th of March) that all basketball in Iceland is over until next season. Although we are sad about this unprecedented turn of events we understand that a difficult decision had to be made.

This is our wrap-up episode for the 2019-2020 season in the Men's and Women's Leagues where we discuss the last couple of games, the decision to call it all off and if the decisions of who gets relegated and promoted are fair. We discuss what might happen with regards to the coaches next year and in general just try and wrap our heads around this unfulfilling end to a magnificent season. Enjoy!
