Helgi, David and Jeanne are back after only a month to discuss all things Icelandic basketball. We begin by talking about the great start of the men's Icelandic national team of the Eurobasket qualifiers, we then discuss some big news stories and in particular some coaches leaving their teams. 

The recently finished Cup Week is covered, both senior and youth, and the tables and prospects of teams in all divisions considered. Towards the end we pick our MVPs, biggest surprises in the regular season and biggest disappointments up until now. Enjoy!
