After going over our predictions from the last rounds (00:30) we jump into the Women's League to discuss recent personal changes, wins and if Valur will ever lose again (03:15). The women's national team just finished their first round of qualifying games and some things need to improve for their next national team window (11:10). 

David and Helgi discuss shortly if Icelandic players are entitled and not willing to put in the work for their minutes (21:25) and straight from there we launch into the Men's League and what's going on there (27:25). Some interesting results happened, teams are changing their rosters and we talk about if there should be a change-up with the promotion-relegation between the Premiere and 1st league.
