Helgi and David had a great guest from Njarðvík for this episode, Rúnar Ingi Erlingsson. Rúnar Ingi is head coach of the Njarðvík women's team that just got promoted to the Subway league and are currently in the top spot on the table. 

We talked to Rúnar about his team, their identity, transitioning from playing to coaching and where he sees his team going. Later (00:42:00) we did report cards for the women's league and finished by discussing the men's league (1:44:00).
