Helgi, David and Jeanne start off joking about the holidays and go straight to congratulating the Icelandic Basketball Federation's (KKÍ) basketball man and woman of the year. 

The biannual KKÍ meeting is coming up next spring and we guess that the big topic will probably be the amount of foreign players allowed on teams (surprise, surpise...). We go a little heavy on the men's side this episode as we leaned a little more on the women's side last time. 

We discuss the mini-silly season going on and how exciting the lower part of the men's Bonus league table is. We talk about coaches leaving, gossip a little and generally have fun. Enjoy!
