Episode Introduction 

This Episode is longer than usual, longer than I"d like, but good because I supplied as much as I needed in this episode to help you the best in whatever stand point or cross road's you are centred around right now.

I'm a 23 year old Grad, Model and Content Creator working around the world with brands, who's just on this wild life journey as we all know it. I'm super disciplined in the lines of Spirituality ( IT'S REAL), Health-Welness lifestyle-

and I'm obsessed with podcast of my own and applying what I learn to making a better life for myself. 

This was meant for me, a calling you could say...(LOL)  this podcast wasn't just a super of the moment, of " hey let's do a random podcast for the likes " NO.

 This is something where I'm starting to help those around me the best I can while learning about myself. The last couple of years I would catch myself anywhere I go people I know I don't, end up talking about self improvement, better ourselves and how can we rely on discipline more than motivation.
