Hey there, Elevated Edit fam! 🙌
In this episode, I’m sharing something really personal: the power of getting into the right rooms. Whether it’s a mastermind, a conference, or a networking event, getting into spaces where people are 10 steps ahead of you can completely shift your mindset and catapult your personal and professional growth.
As I prepare to attend the Power of Paid Ads Summit, I’m stepping into one of the most intimidating rooms I’ve ever been in, and I’m doing it with a clear intention. I’m ready to learn, grow, and surround myself with women who are playing at a level I aspire to. But, let’s be real—it’s not always easy to get into these rooms. It takes courage, money, and a willingness to be uncomfortable. But every time I’ve done it, it’s been worth it.
The power of being in the right room isn’t just about the knowledge you gain. It’s about the conversations you have, the energy you absorb, and the perspective shifts you experience. It’s about breaking through those limiting beliefs that hold you back and realizing that the women in these rooms? They’re just like you. And if they can do it, so can you.
I talk about how to find these rooms that align with your goals, how to overcome the mental barriers that come with stepping into big spaces, and why it’s absolutely necessary for 10x growth.
So if you’re feeling like you need a boost, this episode is a must-listen. I want you to walk away from this knowing exactly which room you need to get into and how to take action to make that happen—no excuses.
Key Takeaways:This episode is going to inspire you to take bold action and seek out the opportunities that will change your life. If you’re ready to step into your next level, this is your sign.

Hey there! In today’s episode, we’re diving deep into a season I know many of you are familiar with, whether you’ve realized it or not — the Gap Season. This is that uncomfortable, in-between time when you're no longer the person you used to be, but haven’t quite stepped fully into the person you’re becoming.
If you’ve been feeling stuck or like you're not moving forward, but not exactly backwards either, then this episode is for you. I'm sharing all the honest, raw moments I’ve experienced in my own gap season, where I’m in the process of shedding old parts of myself while working toward something new.
You know the feeling: expectations from others still clinging to the old you, while your internal self is pushing for growth and change. You’re in a transition phase, and it’s not always pretty. But here’s the truth: this season is shaping you for what’s next, and I promise, it’s worth it.
I’ll talk about:
I’ve been there, and I want you to know that if you’re in the middle of a gap season, it’s OK. The discomfort? It’s growth in disguise.
This is all about embracing the process, not rushing through it. This episode will help you gain clarity about your own gap season, and guide you to make confident moves toward your next chapter.
Call to Action:
Let’s lean into this season together.
Today I want to chat with you about a huge lesson I learned in 2024: losing what I thought I wanted turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me. It was hard. It was painful. But it was necessary. I spent the first part of last year feeling like I was losing everything that mattered to me: relationships, clients, opportunities. It was frustrating, and honestly, I didn’t understand why things weren’t working out.
But what I realized, after a lot of reflection, was that all of these losses were actually redirections, not rejections. I know that can be a hard pill to swallow, but trust me when I say it’s worth embracing. When we resist what’s meant to happen, we create even more resistance and suffering in our lives.
In today’s episode, I dive deep into why loss is often a form of protection and how trusting the process can help you create space for what’s meant for you.
What you'll learn:
I’m here to remind you that your journey is yours, and while it’s easy to get frustrated when things aren’t going as planned, sometimes the universe is doing you a favor by clearing the path for something bigger and better.
In this episode, I also talk about:
If you’re facing setbacks or losses right now, remember: it's okay to feel the sting, but don’t let it stop you. Instead, pause and ask: What could this situation be teaching me?
If this resonates with you, I’d love for you to share it with someone who could benefit. Remember, growth comes with bumps along the way, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
I hope this episode gives you a fresh perspective on the tough times and empowers you to see the beauty in every redirection.
Thanks for being here, and let’s keep elevating together!

Hey there, welcome back to the Elevated Edit podcast! In this episode, we’re talking about something that’s often overlooked in the world of hustle, goals, and productivity—play.
I used to think that play and fun were reserved for the weekends or after work, but I’ve learned the hard way that we can’t wait for play to find us. Play—real, unstructured, joy-filled fun—is actually one of the most powerful tools for creativity, problem-solving, and stress reduction.
I’ve realized that stepping away from my to-do list and embracing moments of joy allows me to show up as a better version of myself. I’m talking about dancing in the middle of the day, coloring, or just being present without worrying about checking off the next task. These moments don’t just bring me joy—they bring me clarity and new ideas. And let’s be real, who doesn’t want that?
In this episode, I’m sharing how to incorporate play back into your life, even if it feels uncomfortable or unproductive. I’ll be walking you through:
If you’re feeling guilty about taking breaks or not being "productive enough," trust me, you're not alone. We’ve all been there. But the truth is, play is an investment in your happiness and creativity. You deserve to have fun, and it’s actually going to make you better at what you do.
So, today I want you to ask yourself: When was the last time you truly let loose and had fun—just for you? If you’re not sure, it’s time to reconnect with that inner child and bring a little more joy into your life.
Action steps for today:
Remember: Play isn't a waste of time. It’s a tool for growth.
