In 2003 Tamara was a single mother, a stripper, and a student, who allegedly worked a labor day party at the mayor's mansion where things got out of control. Unfortunately Tamara was a victim of a shooting that's unsolved to this day. Were the bullets meant for her boyfriend? Or was the incident part of a major cover up?
