WE ARE WHAT WE EAT. What we put in our body is how we end up feeling and working. Put bad, unhealthy food into our system then that is how we will feel. Feel bad and you won't "feel" like working out or improving yourself. The negative downward spiral continues.
Choose good, healthy nutrition and you will feel better and "run" more efficiently. Like sports cars and race cars that take high performance fuel to run the race well, we too have to put high performance food in our bodies. In Episode 20, Wendi Michelle, holistic health coach, will explain the importance of what we put into our bodies and ways to choose healthier paths.
