These words, thoughts and opinions of mine have been sitting on my heart for a while. Maybe it's because I'm approaching my 40th year. Maybe it is because I am guiding a teenage girl through the minefield that is marketing, sexualisation, tiktok, worth, self esteem, conformity and individuality or maybe it's because I've been there, done it, have come full circle and want to share my insights.
