Hey there, hero!
Some people worry and fret about what has happened in their past, especially when that past is less than bountiful.
They look at failures and past mistakes as things that are regretful, hinder their progress and just can’t be forgotten. And it can really weigh on their mental health to continually live in what was before now.
Maybe you're one of them? Occasionally?
But what about what you’re doing now to learn more, do better and experience change? How about the future, and what might be possible?
Or is the not-so-pleasant past simply unshakeable from your consciousness?
Could you imagine not wasting so much time on things that are long gone, you can’t change, and aren’t do-over-able, and instead spending your present and future getting better and better at what you do?
Do you dwell on the past, or do you concentrate on the present and the future, and on building that? Let me know in the comments below.
