My guest this week is Dr Siobhan Keenan Fitzgerald - Mother of four and TEDx Speaker, Dr. Siobhán Keenan Fitzgerald has been working in the field ofeducation for 33 years. She is currently Teaching Principal of DCU Changemaker School, English Primary School in Galway, Ireland.Passionate about helping all young people develop their communication and public speaking skills, Siobhán is the Creator of the ‘LET’s Stand’ Public Speaking Programme for young people (aged 5-18).Through enabling and empowering children and teenagers to find and use their own voice, Siobhán’s vision is to empower students from all backgrounds to share their stories, become ‘Changemakers’and the best version of themselves.Siobhán is also author of the book ‘Listen. How Child and Student Voice can change the World’.Siobhán will soon be launching what she describes as “her best work so far”, a series of children’s books on wondrous wellbeing and empowering adventures in the woods.
