  • Episode 13: Christopher's Story - From Victim to Overcomer

Disclaimer: Not all of the views, beliefs, and core values expressed by guests on this podcast necessarily reflect the view, beliefs, and core values of Liza Lovett or the Warriors Community.

Today I have the privilege of speaking with Christopher Trivette. I met Christopher on a Christian Podcast Facebook Group when he responded to a post I made about inviting guests to my show. Christopher and I began messaging on Facebook and I loved the theme in his story.

Christopher had the cards stacked against him from birth. Born in Eastern Europe and placed in an orphanage as a baby, after a traumatic brain injury Christopher was adopted and brough to the United States. He became a "behavior kid" and was sent to a boarding school for troubled kids which turned out to be a cult.

Now that Christopher has left the cult and is an adult, he shares with us what he has learned about being an overcomer and how God helped him go from victim to overcomer!
