This episode is 30 minutes of the rhythmic movement and sound of a washing machine along with the end credit music for the anime "Neon Genesis Evangelion". I have taken the final credit music and blurred it into something peaceful and reflective to listen to while falling asleep. If you haven't seen the show before from 1995, I highly suggest checking it out. 

This line is a metaphorical expression that symbolizes the idea of cleansing and renewal. Misato suggests that taking a bath is not just about physical cleanliness but also a way to cleanse one's mind and soul. Similar to how a washing machine cleanses and refreshes clothes, bathing is portrayed as a rejuvenating process for the individual. It reflects the series' focus on personal growth, healing, and finding solace amidst the emotional turmoil experienced by the characters.
