Following last episode, this time I will be discussing the first proper season of Wake Up, Girls! A generally ok idol anime but bearing some noticeable flaws.

This week I will be starting a little detour into one of the forgotten Idol series from 2014, Wake Up, Girls! A series with promise but a whole host of problems. Music slaps tho

This week I break the mold a bit and instead of Idols we focus on Rock. This week I'll discuss Girls Band Cry, the best 3DCG anime I've ever watched. A series so full of passion and production value put into it that it defies description. I hope there's more in production, I'll be there to watch it.

Following last episode, this time I will be talking about the sequel of White Album, White Album 2, a story that pays homage to the original even including song and the context but ultimately fails in delivering the same quality of character development and thrilling narrative,

This week I will be discussing one lost gem from 2009, White Album. One of the best romance dramas I ever watched. With impeccable setting, really nice music and one of the most stacked voice cast in history for a single anime. Absolutely recommended despite the flaws

Following the last episode I will be discussing Love Live! Superstar Season 2. An ok development for the series that tries some different ideas and borrows good concepts from Nijigasaki. Though most fall flat as the plot points are unfinished in favor of the sequel setup

Songs mentioned:

Margarete's introduction - Butterfly Wing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmTIs9o7WII

Margarete's Tokyo presentation - Edelstein: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XWT0OrJj80g

Liella's Prelim song - Chance Day, Chance Way!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVk8tmQEHy4

P.S.: Noticed while editing that I misspoke as the song for the 6th episode actually rocks

Vitamin SUMMER!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B73C2hZ5RQM

For this episode I will be discussing Love Live! Superstar Season 1. The latest mainline entry in the franchise caring some of the series' most overused tropes but also bringing a nice revamp to art and writing.

P.S.: After finishing the second season, I did my research and got the names and links for the songs I highlighted.

This week, I'm happy to say I'm discussing the best Love Live entry I ever watched to date, Love Live! Nijigasaki School Idol Club Season 1. A spin-off the main series that to me outdoes the original in many aspects, nonetheless it borrows various ideas and concepts from The Idolm@ster but still carries the Love Live energy wirh it
