Being a good employer puts you in a position of deserving good employees. If you’re asking yourself what makes a good employer?
Let’s look at the sure fire way you can make sure that your good employees quit on you:

pay them late,

treat them disrespectfully,

have no communication with them,

don’t give them a steady flow of work,

don’t have an online schedule,

don’t have safety policies
Make sure you’re the opposite of that^^^ and you’re probably on a course of successfully maintaining a happy crew 👷‍♂️
