Julian and Michelle Tatka and Frank McKinley with Rockstar Realty AZ join us in studio. No, not to film a music video, but to share how they have been able to grow the brokerage by finding rockstar agents! They discuss how their company is like a big family of professional agents who like to hang out together. Julian says to be yourself and focus on demographic farming more than geographic farming. Great advice!
BONUS Episode: Paul Petersen, Maricopa County Assessor, stops by the studio to explain what the assessor's office does and what that means to real estate professionals. He also points out some of the features of the County Assessor's website. We threw several other questions at him, but Paul was ready and made this a fun and informative episode. Enjoy!
On this episode, John Lincoln with eXp Realty shares how the cloud-based brokerage keeps growing and what makes them different from the traditional real estate brokers. They have surpassed 12,000 agents now and are excited about where they see the company going in the near future.
Drew and Lacey Lehman, Team Lehman AZ with Realty One Group, bring energy and lots of laughs to the studio. They work well together, but do have separate niches they focus on. Drew focuses on Active Adult Living and knows every there is to know about these communities. Lacey works the more traditional real estate. She says over 80% of their business comes from repeat buyers and sellers and client referrals. Great episode!
